1 Eligibility

To register and use the vk222 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. vk222 operates a strict 21+ policy. Underage gambling is a violation of these Terms and is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or account restriction currently in effect on the vk222 platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or close associate of vk222 or any affiliated company, game provider, or payment processor associated with the platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during the registration process and keep that information updated at all times.

vk222 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. Documents may include a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence, as well as proof of address issued within the last three months (such as a utility bill or bank statement). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the vk222 compliance team may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure.

2 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) single account on the vk222 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different name, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.1 Registration Process

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. All information submitted must be accurate and must match your official identity documents. vk222 will use this information for account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer), fraud prevention, and responsible gaming purposes.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vk222 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. vk222 will not be liable for any loss, unauthorised transaction, or account compromise resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 2.3 One Account Per Household

Only one registered vk222 account is permitted per household, per device, and per IP address. Where vk222 detects multiple accounts sharing the same household address, device fingerprint, or IP address, it reserves the right to investigate and may restrict or close accounts accordingly. Players affected by this restriction who believe it has been applied in error should contact support to resolve the matter.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the vk222 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vk222 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. Additional bank transfer options via City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank may be available subject to current platform support.

3.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum single deposit amount is ৳200,000 unless otherwise specified in your account tier.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your vk222 account balance instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be credited.
• vk222 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond vk222's control.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–4 hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• vk222 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement and is not indicative of any wrongdoing on your part.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once they have been approved and entered processing. Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by you through the cashier section prior to approval.
• Winnings generated from free spins, no-deposit bonuses, or other promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn (see Section 4).

4 Bonuses & Promotions

vk222 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh's cultural calendar including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your vk222 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% towards the wagering requirement, while live casino table games and sports bets contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

4.3 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, bonus funds and associated free spins expire within 30 calendar days of being credited to your account. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated. Any winnings generated from expired bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirement will also be forfeited.

5 Gameplay Rules

All casino games available on the vk222 platform — including slots, live dealer tables, table games, and sports betting markets — are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, with real human dealers operating under controlled studio conditions. Game outcomes are determined independently of vk222 and cannot be manipulated by the platform or any player.

5.1 Sports Betting

Pre-match and live in-play bets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market as displayed at the time of placement. vk222 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or priced in error. 5.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market — including server errors, disconnections, or display errors — any bets or game rounds affected by the malfunction will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance. vk222's decision regarding malfunction outcomes is final. Winnings generated as a direct result of a demonstrable platform malfunction will not be paid out.

6 Responsible Gaming

vk222 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing every player with the tools and information needed to maintain control over their gambling activity. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — it should never be used as a means of generating income, resolving financial difficulties, or coping with personal problems.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time through the responsible gaming section of your account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: You may configure a maximum session duration, after which you will be automatically logged out or shown a mandatory reality check prompt.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up reminders can be set to appear at intervals of your choosing (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 minutes) showing the time elapsed and net result of your current session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: You may request a temporary account restriction of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the vk222 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or facilitating the use of another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or the KYC verification process.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

vk222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Identification of the account holder as a minor (under 21 years of age).
• Detection of duplicate accounts registered by the same individual.
• Platform-wide security incidents requiring precautionary account restrictions.

Upon account closure under non-fraudulent circumstances, any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory completion of all KYC checks.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the voluntary closure of your vk222 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Please allow up to 5 business days for the closure to be processed. Prior to closure, any active bets will be settled in the normal course of play, and any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

10 Limitation of Liability
